How to Make a Light Bulb Snowman Ornament
If you are using an onetime light bulb, y'all will be removing the wires and inside filament of the low-cal bulb. To do this, you will use a craft knife or Xacto knife, to score the tiptop of the light bulb.
Once the drinking glass seedling has been scored, you will gently remove it and then using the pliers, you will remove all pieces of the filament from the inside.
Now, you will stuff the cotton balls within the low-cal bulb. When the bulb is filled, you will shut it.
First, cut a piece of black fabric or felt into a circle for the chapeau.
This will have a pigsty in the center of the lid and will slide over the top of the bulb and then glue the elevation of the bulb back in place.
